Please note that we offer a wide selection of properties in addition to our 21 hotel rooms, and that most of the units are not actually at The Bayfield Inn. This is only a request form and does not take credit card information. Only reservations with a valid credit card on file can be guaranteed. Please read all of our reservation and cancellation policies below before submitting your request. All accommodations check-in at the main hotel.
A 50% room deposit, guaranteed via credit card, may be required at the time of reservation on all future stays of 4 nights or longer - arriving May through October. Reservations ranging from 1 to 3 nights are not subject to a deposit but the same Cancellation Policies apply. Two night minimums apply to certain times of the year. One night stays may be arranged midweek for these periods for an additonal fee. Please contact guest services for more information. All rates do not include state and local taxes of 13.5%.
Apple Fest reservations will require payment in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. It is the guests responsibility to ensure a valid credit card is on file to be charged at this 30-day deadline. Reservations may be forfeited without notice in the event a payment is declined. Apple Fest reservations require a minimum stay of 3 nights that must include Friday & Saturday of Apple Fest Weekend. All Apple Fest reservations have a strict 30-day Cancellation Policy.
Due to our seasonal business and wide variety of Vacation Rental Properites, changes to reservations (including shortening stays) especially cancellations affect us significantly. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies.
Cancellation policies range from 14-30 days depending on the length of stay, type of accommodation, event or group. Reservations cancelled outside of the issued cancellation policy will receive a refund in full. Guests making a cancellation on shorter notice or inside the cancellatioin policy will forfeit the 50% deposit and or be responsible for 50% of the entire reservation if a deposit was not required (as it is in 1-3 day reservations). We do not make exceptions to this policy. "No Shows" will be responsible for payment in full for the entire reservation. There will be no refunds for early check-outs, emergencies, or inclement weather. The Bayfield Inn reserves the right to move guests to an alternative and comparable accommodation due to unforeseen repairs and maintenance issues.

Smoking & Pet Policies
The Bayfield Inn and Vacation Rentals are all smoke free establishments. Smoking is permitted on most unit decks and balconies as long as the patio doors to the unit are securely shut. The Bayfield on the Lake is a completely smoke free vacation rental and smoking is not permitted on unit decks or on-premise. Violation of these rules are subject to a minimum of $250 cleaning fee.
The Bayfield Inn is a pet free establishment. However, we do offer pet friendly accommodations in a select few off-premise vacation rentals. The Isaac Wing House has five different room options to choose from that are pet friendly, along with our rustic-style Hidden Cottage. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $25 will be charged per pet during your stay. A pet policy must be signed at check-in. Pets may not be left unattended. Animals found in units that are not pet friendly will be subject to a minimum of $250 cleaning fee. Service animals are always welcome.

We ask that all guests respect their accommodation and treat it as if it were your own.
Guests will be responsible for any damages of theft, including damage above normal wear and tear, pet damage, and extra cleaning costs.
The maximum occupancy per accommodation is to be respected; more than the allotted number of guests is grounds for termination and extra guest fees.
Excessive noise is not tolerated and may result in immediate termination and additional fees. Please respect your neighbors.

Upon depature, please wash all dishes (if applicable). Dish soap and dishwasher detergent is provided.
Internet and television reception varies throughout Bayfield; we cannot always guarantee reception or quality of your reception.
Your rate(s) may not reflect all possible fees, addtional charges, or taxes associated with your reservation. Addiontal charges may include extra guest fees, rollaway/crib fees, or other package charges associated with your reservations.
